Spotted (Kentucky) Bass
Spotted bass are our most prolific bass in Table Rock Lake, offering a great fight and plenty of opportunities to catch. Similar appearance to largemouth. Averaging in the 15in range with some over 18+.
Largemouth Bass
Largemouth are known as the most popular game fish in the USA. These fish have a great population in Table Rock Lake. They can be a bit of a challenge to catch but offer a great reward with good fight and large size.
Smallmouth Bass
Smallmouth Bass are my favorite freshwater species to target. Spring months offer the best chances to catch these beautiful fish, which are known to have one of the hardest fights of any freshwater game fish.
Walleye
Table Rock has a growing healthy population of walleye. Our deep clear waters help these toothy fish stay happy all year long. Summer months offer some great walleye fishing with fish ranging from 12-25+ inches. These are some of the best eating freshwater fish around!
White/Black Crappie
Table Rock has healthy populations of both white and black crappie. Ranging up to 16 inches, our crappie pack a punch and make for a great fish to fry. Spring and winter months tend to be best time to target
Rainbow Trout
Rainbow trout are stocked and managed on Lake Taneycomo below Table Rocks dam. These fish prefer cold clean water and are very prolific. Rainbow tend to range from 10-20+ inches and are great fun for all ages and experience levels.
Brown Trout
Brown Trout are also located in Lake Taneycomo. As cousins to the rainbow these fish prefer cold water and tend to be a little more of a challenge but offer quite the reward when caught.
White Bass
White bass can be a bit of a challenge to locate on table rock but when we find them we find dozens and they are great to fry. Typically spring into summer months are the best time to look for these elusive fish
Channel Catfish
Table Rock has a very healthy population of Channel cats. We don’t specifically target them too often but in the summer months it’s no surprise to hook into a big kitty cat weighing up to 20 lbs!
Flathead Catfish
The ugly cousin of the Channel would be the big Flathead Catfish. Same as its cousin we tend to catch these on the side however the flathead can grow up to 50+ lbs and offer quite the fight!
